For those who would want access to the live zoom recordings of the workshops, you can register for a weekly copy of the sessions. The recordings will have all of the following portions and will exclude the participants and their sharing as to protect their privacy.

Cost: $28/person - for all four workshops + PDF worksheets

During each session this is what you can expect:

• A short talk about the topic of the week

• Guided meditation

• Journal prompts

• Art/creativity prompts

• End with gratitude and breath work
